Originally founded by Rose Beck in 2002 along with the help of her son Robbie, RB3 quickly grew into a family affair. After recruiting her husband David to join in 2003 and then her daughter-in-law Renee came aboard in 2005.

With Rose's client base and knowledge in the industry, Robbie's computer graphic and technical skills, David's knowledge of equipment and custom build skills, Renee's business background and customer service skills, RB3 rapidly evolved into a company producing big results for major corporations.
